Role Description The Jr. Horticulturist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Jr. Horticulturist will assist in designing, installing, and maintaining indoor plant setups, vertical gardens, and terrariums for residential and commercial clients. Daily responsibilities include watering, pruning, pest checks, basic plant health assessments, and supporting seasonal plant care routines. The role involves visiting client locations, implementing care schedules, documenting plant conditions, and ensuring that all indoor green spaces remain healthy and visually appealing. The Jr. Horticulturist will also support consultations by helping with plant selection, placement recommendations, and sustainable care practices under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Gardening and Landscape Maintenance for indoor and small urban spaces.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Botany to identify, care for, and monitor plant health.
- Candidates should possess skills in Irrigation planning and basic water management for indoor plants.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Landscaping principles to support layout and plant arrangement.
- Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Botany, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform hands-on plant care work, including lifting, bending, and working in varied indoor environments.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping for plant care schedules.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach to interact with clients and team members.
- Interest in sustainable practices and eco-friendly gardening methods.
