Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jr Graphic Designer role based in Ahmedabad. The Jr Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and digital content. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing layouts, designing marketing collateral, preparing files for print and digital use, and adapting existing designs to different formats. The role involves collaborating closely with senior designers, marketers, and copywriters, following brand guidelines, and maintaining consistency across all visual touchpoints. The Jr Graphic Designer will also assist in brainstorming creative concepts, conducting basic design research, and refining visuals based on feedback and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in graphic design principles, including typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; familiarity with CDR or similar print design tools is a plus).
• Ability to create and adapt designs for branding, social media posts, marketing collateral, and web/digital assets.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts and responsive design considerations for web and mobile interfaces.
• Skill in preparing production-ready files for print and digital, with attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, creativity, and the ability to translate briefs into clear, engaging designs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating design projects such as logos, branding or any design work completed
