Job Opportunity For SAP BW on HANA Developer

Role Summary

Design, build, test and support SAP BW 7.5 on HANA solutions. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, supporting enhancements, data integration, defect resolution, performance optimization and knowledge transition from the incumbent vendor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance SAP BW data models using InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, transformations, DTPs and process chains.
• Build and support standard and custom SAP extractors, including delta handling and ABAP debugging.
• Implement transformation logic using routines, BW ABAP and AMDP; develop or optimize HANA Calculation Views and SQLScript where required.
• Analyze requirements, prepare technical designs and estimates, complete unit testing and support SIT, UAT and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot data-load failures, reconciliation issues, query performance, memory-intensive models and production defects.
• Manage transports across the landscape and provide deployment and post-production support.
• Participate actively in KT, reverse KT, shadow delivery and documentation of inherited OPM solutions.
• Collaborate with functional, portal, integration, security and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• SAP BW 7.5 on HANA data modeling, ETL and reporting.
• BW-related ABAP, routines, debugging and AMDP.
• HANA modeling, Calculation Views, SQL and performance optimization.
• Standard and custom extractors, delta queues, process chains and data reconciliation.
• Analysis for Office or BEx query development and support.
