Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations of 3 outlets: Rohini Sector 16, Rohini Sector 2 & Vikaspuri.
• Monitor daily operations, sales, staff performance and customer service.
• Ensure smooth coordination between all outlets and the Sector 25 office.
• Drive sales, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage manpower, attendance, discipline and staff performance.
• Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
• Ensure company SOPs, hygiene and quality standards are followed.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant/hotel/food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple outlets and solve operational issues.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
