Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Budget: Up to 50k per month, depending on experience and expertise

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Jewelry Designer to contribute to Shobha Shringar's luxury collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of jewellery design, gemstones, craftsmanship, and production, with the ability to develop designs that balance traditional influences with contemporary appeal. Proficiency in CorelDRAW is essential, while knowledge of CAD software will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Develop unique and refined jewellery designs aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.
• Create detailed technical drawings and design sheets for production.
• Translate design concepts into practical and production-ready jewellery designs.
• Stay updated on jewellery design trends, materials, and techniques.
• Contribute to collection planning and creative presentations.

Production Coordination

• Coordinate with artisans, CAD specialists, and production teams to ensure designs are accurate and feasible.
• Work with relevant teams to refine designs based on technical and production requirements.
• Ensure attention to detail and consistency throughout the design and development process.

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with leadership on collection development and design concepts.
• Work with marketing teams on creative presentations and collection-related requirements.
• Contribute ideas that reflect the brand's traditional influences and contemporary aesthetic.

What We're Looking For

• 4 to 6 years of experience in jewellery design, preferably with luxury or fine jewellery brands.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW is mandatory for creating design layouts.
• Working knowledge of Procreate for digital sketching and jewellery design concepts.
• Working knowledge of Rhino or Matrix will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of gemstones, setting techniques, and jewellery production processes.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Creative, organised, and deadline-driven approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with artisans, CAD, production, leadership, and marketing teams.
