If you believe this opportunity is the right fit for you, we encourage you to apply.    About the Role   We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer who can independently work on scalable web applications and complex backend systems.    What We Offer     Health & Well-being   Programs and services supporting physical and mental wellness  Access to telehealth options  Health advocates  Confidential counseling services    Financial Wellness   Resources to help employees manage their financial well-being  Future planning and financial support programs    Learning & Development   Access to extensive learning resources  Opportunities to broaden and deepen technical and professional skills    Key Responsibilities   Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and applications using backend technologies like Java and Spring framework.  Use Docker, Kubernetes and other containerized tools to manage and deploy microservices.  Monitor microservices performance and security and proactively fix issues or optimize services.   Work closely with the DevOps team to build, deploy, and manage applications in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, or equivalent.  Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications primarily using ReactJS for the front-end.  Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience.   Required Skills & Experience   4+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development, with experience in the Financial Service industry preferred.  Strong hands-on experience of backend development using Java with Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, REST API, and Hibernate.  Hands-on understanding of relational databases like Oracle, PL/SQL or No-SQL Databases like MongoDB.  Experience with performance optimizations tools and techniques for both front-end and back-end.   Experience with version control systems like Git.  ReactJS concepts and hands-on coding skills in ReactJS (JavaScript/TypeScript).  Experience in modern front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and popular ReactJS libraries/frameworks.  Understanding test-driven development and experience with testing frameworks (e.g.,Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Mockito).

Preferred Qualifications   Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).  Leetcode/Hackerank/Github Online coding repositories.  Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).  Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Agile or Scrum).  Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, and Docker).  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with good teamwork capabilities.
