Java Developer

Java Developer - 2-3 Years Experience

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with 2-3 years of experience in building scalable and reliable backend applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot .

Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices.

Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL , including joins, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.

Use Redis for caching, session/token storage, and performance optimization.

Work with Elasticsearch for indexing, searching, filtering, and aggregations.

Implement synchronous and asynchronous processing based on application requirements.

Work with multithreading, thread pools, ExecutorService, CompletableFuture, and @Async .

Implement authentication/authorization using Spring Security/JWT .

Debug production issues, optimize performance, and write clean, maintainable code.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Java, OOP, Collections, Streams, Exception Handling, Generics, and Lambda Expressions .

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate .

Good understanding of Spring/Java annotations , including custom annotations.

Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL .

Experience with Redis and caching concepts.

Working knowledge of Elasticsearch .

Understanding of Multithreading, Concurrency, Sync/Async processing, and Thread Management .

Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and API design .

Experience with Gradle/Maven, Git, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI .

Knowledge of JUnit/Mockito and basic unit/integration testing.
