Job Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Java Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise and be comfortable leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor as part of their daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
• Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
• Implement secure, high-performance, and reliable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for seamless deployments.
• Utilize AI coding assistants to improve development productivity, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Nice to Have

• AWS, Azure, or GCP experience
• Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or LangChain
• Experience with event-driven architecture

AI Fluency (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as:

• GitHub Copilot
• ChatGPT / GPT-4
• Claude
• Cursor
• Amazon Q Developer

Candidates should be able to provide real-world examples of using AI tools for:

• Code generation
• Unit testing
• Debugging
• Code reviews
• Documentation
