Japanese - Catalogue Executive

We are seeking a Executive I 3P Online Operations to join our E-commerce Operations team at Fossil Group in Bangalore, India. In this dynamic and global company, you will support the growth and operational excellence of our third-party online marketplaces in Japan by ensuring accurate product listings, catalogue management and seamless coordination with local teams.

What you will do in this role:

Marketplace & Product Listing Operations

• Manage day-to-day third-party (3P) marketplace operations for Japan, ensuring timely execution of operational activities.
  
• Create, update and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, attributes, images and SKU details.
  
• Support new product launches and ensure timely and accurate product listings across marketplaces.
  
• Monitor listing activation, product availability and out-of-stock (OOS) status.
  

Catalogue & SKU Management

• Manage SKU mapping and catalogue updates across marketplace platforms.
  
• Identify, investigate and resolve product listing, catalogue and mapping-related issues.
  
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across marketplace listings.
  
• Follow up on pending listings, catalogue corrections and other operational actions.
  

Japan Team Coordination & Language Support

• Coordinate with Japan-based teams on daily marketplace requirements, operational updates and pending activities.
  
• Translate and review English/Japanese product information and operational content to ensure accuracy.
  
• Support Japanese-language communication and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
  
• Ensure timely communication and closure of marketplace-related requests.
  

Reporting & Operational Excellence

• Maintain marketplace trackers and prepare regular operational reports.
  
• Monitor pending activities and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Identify operational gaps and support improvements in marketplace processes.
  

Who You Are

• A graduate in any relevant discipline.
  
• 3-6 years of experience in E-commerce, 3P Marketplace Operations or Catalogue Management.
  
• JLPT N2 or higher certification is mandatory.
  
• Strong Japanese-language communication skills, with the ability to translate and review English/Japanese content.
  
• Hands-on experience with product listings, catalogue management and marketplace operations.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working with Japan-based teams or Japanese e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
