Responsibilities:

1. Computer Hardware Support

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and repair hardware problems.
• Replace faulty components and upgrade computer systems when required.

2. Software Installation and Support

• Install and configure operating systems and application software.
• Troubleshoot software errors and system performance issues.
• Perform software updates, patches, and antivirus installations.

3. Network Support

• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and connectivity issues.
• Configure routers, switches, and network devices as required.
• Assist in maintaining network connectivity and availability.

4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide technical assistance to employees and users.
• Resolve hardware, software, email, and login issues.
• Respond to IT support requests and escalate complex problems when necessary.

5. IT Equipment Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance of computers and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, accessories, and spare parts.
