IT Technical Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for their staffing needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill them through effective leadership hiring practices.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality before making recommendations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-11 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.
• Proven track record in lead generation, lead management, and client relationship building.
• Strong understanding of IT hiring processes, including technical skills assessments and interview techniques.
