Job Summary

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of basic IT troubleshooting to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, system troubleshooting, and basic networking.

Undergraduate candidates are eligible to apply, provided they possess the required technical knowledge and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 applications and related issues.
• Perform basic Active Directory troubleshooting and user account management.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 operating system issues.
• Identify and resolve basic network connectivity issues.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and maintain proper documentation of reported issues.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of system and desktop troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 operating system troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Freshers and candidates with relevant technical support experience may be considered, subject to the role requirements.
