Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT professional responsible for end-user support, endpoint management, Google Workspace administration, security and basic cloud support. The candidate should be able to handle high-volume support requests, troubleshoot issues independently and work within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for Windows laptops/desktops, hardware, applications and peripherals.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain endpoint devices.
• Administer Google Workspace, including user accounts, Groups, Gmail, Drive, DLP, Security Center and Vault.
• Manage Google Endpoint Management for Windows, macOS and ChromeOS.
• Manage user lifecycle, IAM, SSO, MFA and access controls.
• Support Active Directory, VPN, networking and basic server-related issues.
• Provide basic administration/support for GCP, including IAM, Compute Engine, VPC and Cloud Storage.
• Manage IT assets and support employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Monitor logs, troubleshoot security issues and support security/compliance requirements.
• Maintain IT documentation and provide evidence for ISO audits and compliance.
• Automate routine tasks using scripts/tools where required.
• Manage incidents and requests through Jira and meet defined SLAs.
• Participate in on-call support and handle critical IT issues when required.

Required Skills

• Windows OS Strong hands-on experience (Mandatory)
• Hardware/PC Support – Strong hands-on experience (Mandatory)
• Google Workspace Administration
• Google Workspace DLP, Security Center & Vault
• Google Endpoint Management
• Active Directory, VPN, SSO & MFA
• Strong communication skills for interacting with US users.
• Basic GCP knowledge – IAM, Compute, VPC & Storage
• Basic Linux, macOS and Networking knowledge
• Familiarity with MDM/UEM and scripting/automation
• Good troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with Jira or similar ITSM tools
• Understanding of security, ISO and compliance requirements
