We re Hiring | IT Support Executive - Pune
SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an IT Support Executive for our Pune location. We are hiring for both Full-Time and Internship positions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and email issues.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements.
- Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet troubleshooting.
- Support CCTV systems and coordinate maintenance whenever required.
- Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and hardware/software documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations, and technical support.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain proper records of reported problems.
- Site Visits: Travel to different project sites as required to provide IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain IT equipment, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems across locations.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, printers, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
- Freshers may apply for the internship position; candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply for the full-time role.
