About Us

Sberbank is looking IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, network, VPN, and connectivity issues. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to delivering timely and effective IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, macOS, hardware, software, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network issues.
• Manage users, groups, and basic GPOs in Active Directory.
• Support endpoints using Microsoft Intune/Jamf Pro.
• Troubleshoot AV and video-conferencing systems such as Extron and Cisco Webex.
• Manage tickets through ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk while meeting SLA/KPI targets.
• Perform troubleshooting, RCA, documentation, and appropriate escalation.
• Provide professional support to users and explain technical issues clearly.
• International vendors.
  
  

Requirements

• Typically 2–4 years in a mixed environment support role covering helpdesk duties and light
  
  

system/network administration

• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco CCNA
