Role Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Identifying new business opportunities in IT consulting and staffing
Building relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers
Generating leads and converting prospects into long-term clients
Working closely with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements
Developing sales strategies for IT services, consulting, and staff augmentation
Maintaining strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates with:
Experience in IT sales, staffing sales, consulting sales, or business development
Strong understanding of the U.S. IT services and staffing market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to generate leads independently and close business opportunities
Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, or MSP/VMS accounts is a plus
