JD For Sales Coordinator:

1. Sales Support

      • Assist sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations

      • Handle CRM updates and maintain customer databases

      • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline

2. Client Coordination

      • Act as a point of contact between clients and the sales team

      • Respond to customer inquiries regarding IT products/services

3. Order Processing

      • Process sales orders with OEM and Company orders execution team

      • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams

      • Ensure proper documentation (contracts, Working sheets, SO numbers, etc.)

4. Reporting & Documentation

      • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

      • Analyze basic sales data for insights

5. Internal Coordination

      • Work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams.

Requirements

Required Skills  Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Basic understanding of IT products/services ( Computer networking, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
• Strong multitasking ability
