Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader IT Staffing Recruitment with expertise in team management and individual recruitment contribution. The candidate will be responsible for handling IT staffing requirements for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent Hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters.
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H and permanent positions.
• Achieve individual and team hiring targets.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT staffing recruitment.
• Proven experience in team handling and individual contribution.
• Strong knowledge of C2H and permanent hiring.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
