IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to on-boarding.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and reports.
• Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Meet hiring targets and contribute to team and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Executive Search.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
