About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and hiring needs from managers/clients
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and Boolean search
- Screen profiles and conduct initial calls to check technical fit, salary expectations and notice period
- Coordinate interviews, take feedback and manage offers until the candidate joins
- Maintain candidate data and track hiring progress in the ATS
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring roles
- Meet monthly closure targets
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
- Proven experience hiring for SAP, QA and Developer roles
- Strong command of Naukri, ATS and Boolean search
- Track record of closing at least 5 positions per month
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
