About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technical positions, with strong knowledge of recruitment portals, Boolean search, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
• Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
• Use Boolean search techniques and advanced search filters to identify relevant profiles.
• Recruit for technical roles such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and AI/ML professionals.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, technical panels, and candidates.
• Maintain an updated candidate database, recruitment tracker, and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of Boolean search, keyword-based sourcing, and resume screening.
• Understanding of common IT technologies, technical job descriptions, and software development roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT staffing, recruitment consulting, or IT services companies.
• Exposure to hiring for niche and senior technical positions.
• Experience working on client-specific requirements and bulk hiring mandates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.
