Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated IT Recruiters to join our India Recruitment
Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, contract
staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for the India market.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals and referrals.
Handle contract staffing requirements and ensure timely closures.
Utilize CEIPAL ATS for recruitment of workflow management.
Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
Build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related fields.
2-5 years of IT Recruitment experience in the India market.
Hands-on experience in Contract Staffing.
Experience with CEIPAL ATS and Naukri portal.
Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with a stable career history and strong ownership mindset will be preferred.
