It Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for IT requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Follow up on interview feedback, selection status, and offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure timely closures of assigned requirements and provide a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

• 1 To 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-oriented environment.
