Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lateral recruitment for domestic IT staffing requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate technical skills against job requirements.
• Understand IT Services hiring requirements across Data Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Power BI, and other IT technologies.
• Use Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
• Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate interviews, manage interview schedules, and ensure timely candidate and client follow-ups.
• Handle client coordination, stakeholder management, and vendor management throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, recruitment communication, and day-to-day productivity.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and trackers using MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Support walk-in drives, mass interview scheduling, and weekend recruitment activities whenever required by business needs.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment or IT staffing.
• Currently working with an IT company, IT consultancy, or US IT staffing organization, with a willingness to transition to Domestic IT Staffing.
• Good understanding of IT staffing, lateral hiring, and recruitment lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of Data Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Power BI, and IT Services hiring.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, Boolean search strings, and advanced candidate sourcing.
• Experience in client handling, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Working knowledge of ChatGPT/Claude, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power BI reporting is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to handle new challenges, changing priorities, and multiple hiring requirements.
• Flexibility to support weekend walk-in drives, mass interview scheduling, or recruitment activities when required.
