Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean searches.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, manage offers, and support candidates through onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve hiring targets and meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
- Experience using Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Good communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
