Key Responsibilities

• Source IT profiles based on the given job requirements.
• Search for suitable candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Identify candidates matching the required technical skills, experience, and notice period.
• Screen resumes for relevance to the job description.
• Share shortlisted profiles with the recruitment team within the stipulated timelines.
• Maintain candidate sourcing trackers and provide regular sourcing updates.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of IT skills and technical job descriptions.
• Strong sourcing, resume-matching, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Preferred: Candidates based in Chennai who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
