## About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, identifying relevant job opportunities, coordinating recruitment activities, preparing students for placements, and managing the placement process.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and basic technical knowledge are welcome to apply. Prior placement or recruitment experience is not mandatory.

## Key Responsibilities

- Connect with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers to build a strong corporate recruitment network.

- Identify and collect job openings in AI, ML, Data Science, GenAI, Python, and Data Analytics.

- Coordinate screening tests, technical interviews, HR rounds, and other recruitment processes for students.

- Organize campus recruitment drives and hiring events at the CodeSpyder office.

- Conduct sessions on resume building, portfolio development, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation.

- Guide students in identifying suitable job opportunities based on their skills and career goals.

- Coordinate with trainers and technical teams to shortlist suitable candidates for specific job requirements.

- Follow up with companies and students regarding applications, interviews, selections, offers, and joining.

- Maintain placement records, including job openings, applications, interview status, and placement statistics.

- Prepare regular placement reports and build long-term relationships with IT companies for future hiring opportunities.

## Educational Qualifications

- BCS / BCA / MCS / MCA / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech or any graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

- Basic knowledge of AI/ML/DS/GenAI is required.

## Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; an English-medium educational background is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal, networking, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Basic understanding of technical job roles in AI/ML/DS/GenAI.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Good organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
