IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide hardware, software, and network support to retail stores and the head office.
• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Network Management: Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, and VPN connections between stores and the central server.
• Data & Backup: Ensure timely data backup, antivirus updates, and security compliance across systems.
• Retail Application Support: Troubleshoot and maintain retail management systems, billing software, and ERP tools.
• Asset Management: Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and coordinate with vendors for procurement and AMC renewals.
• User Training: Assist store staff in basic IT operations, including POS usage and troubleshooting common issues.
• Coordination: Work closely with internal departments and external vendors for IT project implementation and issue resolution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1-3 years of IT support experience in the retail or multi-location environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with POS systems and ERP software (Retail Pro, Tally, or equivalent).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
