IT Asset Administrator

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Working hours: The resource must be available to work 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. (6:30 PM–2:30 AM IST) or (7:30 PM–3:30 AM IST)

Main responsibilities

• IT hardware and software asset management
• Software licensing and compliance
• IT procurement and vendor management
• Asset inventory and lifecycle management
• Financial tracking and reconciliation of IT assets
• Reporting on licensing, security compliance and asset optimization
• Management of supplier and software license information
• Support for global IT procurement initiatives
• SLA follow-up and coordination with internal teams and vendors

Key skills

We should focus on candidates with:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management / ITAM
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Asset Management
• Experience with Oracle
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes
• Hardware and software asset lifecycle management
• Software Asset Management / licensing
• Good understanding of licensing models from vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle and IBM
• IT procurement and vendor management experience
• Strong reporting capabilities
• Understanding of hardware, software, networks and peripheral equipment
• Experience working with SLAs and global IT/support teams
• Strong English communication skills
