Role & responsibilities

Job Title: IQC Associates (Electronics)

Job Overview:

• IQC Associates (Electronics) inspects the Electronics-BOM parts and assembled PCBs while inward / outward and ensure the requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the Electronics-BOM requirements and co-ordinate with Vendors and Buyers to collect reports and inspect the parts accordingly.
• Complete the inspection activities and qualify E-BOM parts in coordination with engineering teams.
• Ensure rejected parts are quarantine and disposed on time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Knowledge of Electronic parts ( SMD, PTH, PCB, etc.)
• Interpretation of datasheets, E-BOM, Assembly Instructions, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, etc standards, etc.
• Knowledge of using inspection tools and scopes is must.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in electronics parts/PCB/PCBA inspection activities.
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, or a related field.
• Candidates with EMS IQA exp. Is preferred.
