Investor Services - Mutual Fund AMC

The incumbent will be responsible for accepting investor transactions and documents, performing preliminary scrutiny, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with the RTA, and providing investor/distributor support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept and scrutinize commercial and non-commercial transactions received from investors and distributors.

• Accept, scrutinize and process KYC application forms and other service requests received from investor and distributor.

• Maintain proper records of accepted transactions, monitor transaction processing, identify exceptions, and coordinate with the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) for timely resolution.

• Manage the HO/branch level activities pertaining to acceptance

• Support KYC, CKYC, FATCA/CRS, nominee registration, and other investor documentation related activities.

• Assist in monitoring investor grievances and ensure their timely resolution within the prescribed turnaround timelines.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to investor servicing and transaction processing activities.

• Support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits by providing the required data, reports, and documentation.

• Stay updated on SEBI, AMFI, and internal operational guidelines relevant to investor servicing and mutual fund operations.

Key Skills & Experience

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in Investor Services, RTA Operations, Mutual Fund Operations, or related financial services functions.

• NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification) – Mandatory.

• Basic understanding of SEBI and AMFI regulations, KYC requirements, and mutual fund transaction processes.
