1. UK Voice Process

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Any UG / Graduate / Postgraduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of international voice process experience.
• Good English communication skills are required.

Salary:

• Freshers: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
• Experienced: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Selection Process: HR Round → VNA (Voice & Accent) → Operations Round

VQ: 5.5

2. UK Non-Voice Process

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Any UG / Graduate / Postgraduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of international chat process experience.
• Good written English communication and typing skills are required.

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹2.5 LPA
• Experienced: ₹3.5 LPA

Work Schedule:

• 5 days working
• 2 rotational week-offs
