Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in telesales, international sales, or voice-based sales will be an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Sales Skills: Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Customer Orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Target Orientation: Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
