Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through voice, chat, and messaging channels.
• Manage complex customer issues, escalations, and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality (QA), first contact resolution (FCR), and turnaround time (TTR) metrics.
• Manage high ticket volumes while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
• Use AI-powered tools, chatbots, and AI copilots to enhance customer support efficiency.
• Follow regulatory guidelines, data security standards, and internal processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of international customer support experience.
• Hands-on experience in international voice and chat/messaging support.
• Prior experience in FinTech, banking, financial services, insurance, or crypto is preferred.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to AI-powered customer support tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and escalations effectively.
