### Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email.

- Provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Manage customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

- Support recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, and bulk hiring for relevant roles.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, candidates, and business partners, depending on the role.

### Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for eligible positions.

- Experience required: 03 years, depending on the role.

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu, or other regional languages, as required.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational or general shifts, depending on the process.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
