Intern Talent Acquisition

Zycus is looking for driven graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team in a 3-month, full-time Internship / Management Trainee program, with the chance of a full-time role based on performance.

If you are a fresh Engineering or MBA graduate who enjoys working with people, business and technology. This role will be a great fit.

What you'll do

• Run the full hiring cycle for non-technical roles: sourcing, screening, coordination and onboarding
• Find great talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
• Pitch Zycus to candidates and show them why it's a great place to work
• Manage the candidate pipeline with timely follow-ups and a smooth experience
• Work with hiring managers and the TA team to match hiring to business needs
• Track hiring metrics and share insights that improve sourcing and cut time-to-hire

What we're looking for

• B.E/B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institute (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive, consultative style
• High ownership and disciplined follow-up
• A go-getter who does well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Available full-time for the 3-month program

Good to have

• MBA degree
• Internship experience in recruitment, HR or sales
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
• Understanding of SaaS business models
