Interior Site Engineer

Role Description The Interior Site Engineer role at Method Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Interior Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This role includes supervising interior construction and finishes, monitoring timelines, resolving site-related technical issues, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The Interior Site Engineer will conduct regular inspections, prepare site reports, support project managers with progress updates, and collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to implement design intent accurately.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out, site execution, or construction management.
• Strong site supervision, coordination & team management skills.
• Ability to read architectural/interior drawings, BOQs & technical documents.
• Good knowledge of civil/structural works, materials, quality & safety standards.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors, vendors & internal teams.
• Proficiency in site documentation, reporting & basic AutoCAD.
• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
