Interior Designer

One Design Project is a Mumbai studio working in luxury residential interiors and turnkey execution — design, procurement, joinery and site delivery under one roof. We've handed over homes across Oberoi Sky City, Lodha Fiorenza, Island City Centre and Lodha Woods, each delivered end to end with a single point of contact for the client.

The studio was founded by Vishal Parmar, who spent a decade on branded hospitality and residential projects with Urban Studio and Studio HBA before starting ODP.

We're bringing two interior designers into the next chapter of the studio.

The role

This is not a drafting seat. You'll carry a project from design development through to handover — drawing it, detailing it, specifying it, and seeing it built. You'll be on site, in front of clients, and across vendors. If you've only ever worked on one slice of a project, this is the role where you get the whole thing.

What you'll own

•Design development and working drawings

•3D visualisation and detailing

•Site execution and vendor coordination

•Material, finish and FF&E selection

•Client presentations and walkthroughs

Who this suits

•You have taken a drawing from concept to a built site

•You argue for a detail, then make it buildable

•You are comfortable across a table from the client

•You want ownership of a project, not a task list

Requirements

•2–5 years in residential or high-end interior fit-out

•Degree or diploma in interior design or architecture

•AutoCAD and SketchUp; Enscape or equivalent rendering

•Working knowledge of materials, joinery and site sequencing

•Comfortable communicating in English with clients and vendors

Compensation: [insert band — see note below]

How to apply

Email your portfolio and CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] with the subject line Designer — [Your Name].

In three lines, tell us about one detail you designed and how it got built on site. We read that part first.
