Interior Designer

Company Description Creart House Of Interiors is a consumer services company specializing in interior design solutions, based in Prachi Residency on Baner Road in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra, India. The company focuses on creating functional and aesthetically appealing spaces for residential and commercial clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Pune District. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing space plans, and producing detailed drawings and presentations for residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. The role also involves site visits, monitoring project progress, resolving design-related issues, and maintaining project documentation to meet quality and safety standards. The Interior Designer will collaborate with team members to deliver cohesive, timely, and cost-effective design solutions.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform effective Space Planning and apply principles of Interior Design to create functional, aesthetically aligned layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and experience interpreting and coordinating with Construction Drawings.
• Experience in selecting and coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including materials, finishes, and accessories.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
• Strong visual, creative, and conceptual design skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and site teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and visit sites within the Pune District as required.
