Interior Design Project Manager

We're INEAZY, a growing interior design studio in Bengaluru. We design and deliver premium home interiors end to end, and we're looking for someone who loves being on site and making projects actually happen.

This isn't a desk job, and it isn't just reporting. It's for someone who enjoys running the site, solving problems on the spot, and taking full ownership of a project until the client gets their keys.

What you'll be doing:

• Be on site every day, managing work and keeping the team on schedule

• Coordinate vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and labor teams

• Check that work matches the approved drawings and quality standards

• Share daily progress updates with clients and keep them confident in the process

• Spot site issues early and resolve them before they cause delays

• Track timelines and material deliveries so nothing holds up the work

• Work closely with our design team to bring their ideas to life accurately

• Run final quality checks before handover

Who we're looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience in the interior design or interior fit-out industry

• At least 1 year managing interior projects on site (project management or site execution)

• Has handled residential interior projects through to handover

• Good understanding of carpentry, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, and finishes

• Able to read and understand interior drawings

• Comfortable managing people on site and holding vendors to deadlines

• Clear and confident when communicating with clients

• Responsible, proactive, and practical: you fix problems, not just report them

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering preferred

Why join us

• Work directly with the founders

• Real ownership of your projects from start to finish

• A small, fast-moving team where your work is visible and valued

• Room to grow with the company as we scale

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (on-site)

Type: Full-time
