Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for life insurance and annuities back-office functions, including policy administration, claims processing, annuity servicing, and renewals.
• Provide direction and coaching to team members, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
• Ensure the team adheres to key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and company standards for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, project management, and client stakeholders) to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient transitions, minimizing business disruption.
• Lead the transition of back-office functions during client onboarding Develop and implement transition plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
