Hiring Criteria

Position: Intern (Insurance)

Duration: 6 Months

Eligibility Criteria: Graduates / Final - Year students (Any Stream)

Location: Muthoot Finance Branches

Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working days: 6 days per week

Stipend:

• First 3 months: Rs. 12,000 per month
• Remaining 3 Months : Rs 14,000 per month

Based on performance during the 6-month internship, candidates may be considered for full-time employment opportunities with Muthoot Finance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generating potential clients through bancassurance model; Mfin Branches
• Deliver approval policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy
• Handle renewing or amending of existing policies for clients.
• Fill- out and submit applications,issue quotes,maintain client records and prepare reports.
• Achievement of Business targets implementation of company policies.
• Keeping updated on industry and market trends and best practices
