Insurance Product Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Support insurance and reinsurance processes for clients.
• Prepare policies, invoices, renewals, and endorsements.
• Create and distribute client documentation.
• Maintain tracking systems and process accurate data.
• Track deadlines and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Follow domestic and international compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Relevant experience; insurance/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Good numerical and documentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of insurance operations is a plus.
• Good research, problem-solving, and process-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
