Insurance Operations Analyst (P&C Insurance)

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our Insurance Operations team. The role involves understanding end-to-end insurance business processes, analyzing and processing insurance-related transactions, managing data within various systems, and ensuring service delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and support end-to-end insurance business processes.
• Analyze, validate, and accurately input data into systems and databases.
• Process requests and transactions based on defined business rules and guidelines.
• Perform policy, claims, cash application, or OTC-related operational activities.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues through appropriate analysis.
• Maintain process documentation and adhere to operational controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Meet productivity, turnaround time, and quality objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-6 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, Cash Application, or Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
• Effective planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to insurance operations, policy administration, claims processing, underwriting support, or broker operations.
• Experience working with insurance systems and databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
