Inside Sales Specialist - IT Software - Bangalore (Product based)

We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team!

5 days working (Mon- Fri) General shift.

Job description-

• 3+ years in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales in Tech or SaaS
• Hands on experience in B2B Software Sales/ ERP Sales / Solution Sales
• Ability to identify and connect with CXOs, CIOs, CFOs & Business Leaders
• Proven skills in cold calling, lead generation & CRM tools
• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
• Experience handling international markets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Schedule demos & discovery calls for the sales team
• Experience in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns

What you will be doing-

• Conducting research to identify new sales leads and potential customers.
• Making outbound sales calls and following up on leads to pitch ERP software solutions.
• Demonstrating and presenting products or services to potential customers (Good to have).
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Leads.
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service).
• Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• International Regions experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
