Infrastructure Systems Engineer - Windows Server / Linux / AIX Admini

We are hiring Infrastructure Systems Engineers in Bangalore to administer, secure, migrate and support enterprise servers across physical, virtual and cloud environments. Openings are available in three tracks: Windows, Linux Security and IBM AIX. Please apply with depth in at least one track.

Common Responsibilities (all tracks):

• Install, configure, patch and maintain servers across their lifecycle
• Manage incidents, service requests and changes in ServiceNow within SLA
• Troubleshoot server, login, performance, storage and network issues
• Provision and decommission VMware virtual machines
• Implement CIS and security baselines and remediate vulnerabilities
• Support audits and compliance evidence collection
• Automate routine tasks and maintain documentation

TRACK A - Windows Server & Active Directory (4-7 years)

• Administer Windows Server 2012 to 2025, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO and IIS
• Plan and execute Windows server migrations and AD integration, with validation
• Monthly patching using SCCM, WSUS or BigFix; fix failed deployments
• Support Hyper-V, AWS (EC2, EBS, IAM, SSM, CloudWatch) and Azure (VM, Backup, Monitor, Entra ID)
• PowerShell automation; respond to Dynatrace and monitoring alerts

TRACK B - Linux Security & Jump Host Administration

• Administer Linux servers and jump/bastion hosts
• CIS hardening; SSH and PAM configuration
• Work with CyberArk (privileged access) and Zscaler
• Audit logging and access management controls

TRACK C - IBM AIX / Power Systems (6-10+ years)

• Administer and migrate IBM Power / AIX systems, including LPARs and virtualization
• Hands-on with PowerVM, VIOS, NIM and PowerHA
• Support high availability, backup and recovery

Required Skillset:

• 4+ years of hands-on server administration in at least one track above
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-handling skills
• Experience with VMware vSphere and ITIL processes

Good to have:

• Certifications: Microsoft Azure / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation, RHCSA/RHCE
• Rubrik, Dynatrace, Nutanix or Azure Stack HCI
• Willingness to work in shifts / on-call rotation
