Role Description The Information Technology Specialist will provide day-to-day technical support for campus systems, infrastructure, and users. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, monitoring networks and servers, and ensuring data and network security. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting learners, faculty, and staff with IT-related queries, and documenting procedures and incidents. The specialist will collaborate with other technical and administrative teams to improve system reliability and implement upgrades. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Purandhar.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Customer Service and user support.
• Working knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and common enterprise software.
• Experience with hardware maintenance, system backups, and basic database or server management is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
