Influencer Marketing Manager

Role Description The Influencer Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for end-to-end management of influencer campaigns across social platforms. This role includes identifying and vetting relevant influencers, negotiating collaborations, and managing outreach and relationships with creators and agencies. The person in this position will design campaign strategies, brief influencers, coordinate content timelines, and ensure brand guidelines and compliance are followed. They will track performance metrics, prepare reports, optimize campaigns based on data, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as content, design, and performance marketing. The role also involves staying up to date with influencer trends, platforms, and best practices to drive measurable brand awareness and engagement for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing and social media management, including creator outreach, relationship building, and campaign coordination.
• Skills in digital marketing strategy and campaign planning, with the ability to align influencer activities to broader brand and performance goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to manage influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and use reporting tools to optimize campaign performance.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and current trends in content, creators, and audience behavior.
• Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior agency experience or work with brands in sectors such as hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or fitness is an advantage.
