The Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who lives and breathes the creator ecosystem.

This is a relationship-driven role. Your network matters. We are looking for someone who knows creators personally, has strong relationships with creator managers and talent agencies, and can pick up the phone and get things moving.

You should be street-smart, commercially sharp, an excellent negotiator and someone who gets things done.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage strong relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies and other key people in the creator ecosystem.
• Identify the right creators for campaigns across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and travel.
• Lead creator outreach, negotiations, commercials, deliverables and campaign execution.
• Negotiate the best possible commercials and terms while maintaining strong creator relationships.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously from briefing to execution and reporting.
• Work closely with brands and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into creator strategies.
• Ensure creators deliver on timelines, briefs and content requirements.
• Stay plugged into emerging creators, trends, formats and cultural moments.
• Troubleshoot last-minute issues and find solutions without waiting to be told what to do.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across campaign trackers, contracts, deliverables and communication.

• A personal network that you can immediately leverage for campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A street-smart, resourceful and solution-oriented mindset.
• The ability to get things done, even when things get complicated.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership.
• A good understanding of the influencer and creator landscape.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to understand what makes a campaign valuable for both the brand and creator.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
• A proactive personality. Someone who does not need to be micromanaged.
