Influencer Marketing Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Influencer Marketing Intern to support Oben Electric's influencer marketing initiatives across Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.

The role will involve working closely with influencers and content creators, supporting campaign execution, maintaining creator databases, coordinating content deliverables, tracking campaign performance and assisting with day-to-day influencer marketing activities.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who understands social media, follows creators and trends closely, and enjoys working in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Discovery & Research

• Identify relevant influencers and content creators across categories such as automotive, EV, technology, lifestyle, travel, comedy, regional creators and niche communities.
• Research creators based on followers, engagement, average views, audience quality and content relevance.
• Maintain and regularly update the influencer database.
• Track emerging creators and social media trends relevant to Oben Electric.

Influencer Outreach & Coordination

• Reach out to influencers through email, Instagram, WhatsApp and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate with creators regarding campaigns, deliverables, timelines and content requirements.
• Follow up with influencers to ensure timely submission of content.
• Maintain good relationships with creators and talent managers.

Campaign Execution

• Assist in executing influencer campaigns from briefing creator onboarding content submission approvals posting reporting.
• Share campaign briefs, product information and content guidelines with creators.
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, product/test ride requirements and other campaign requirements.
• Ensure creators follow campaign mandates, brand guidelines and deliverables.

Campaign Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for:
• Creator details
• Deliverables
• Content status
• Posting dates
• Views/reach/engagement
• Campaign spends
• Payment/invoice status
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Monitor creator content after posting and capture relevant performance metrics.

Social Media & Trend Tracking

• Stay updated with Instagram and YouTube trends, formats, memes and emerging creator trends.
• Identify interesting content formats that could be adapted for Oben Electric.
• Monitor competitor influencer activity and identify relevant opportunities.

Administrative Support

• Assist with creator quotations, negotiations, invoices and payment coordination.
• Maintain proper documentation for influencer campaigns.
• Coordinate with finance and internal teams wherever required.
